Durable Flip Tarp System for Efficient Load Coverage
The flip tarp system offers reliable covering for dump truck beds, end dump trailers, and roll-off containers. Available in manual or electric versions, it includes a front-mounted roller and tarp arm that smoothly extends the cover over loads from front to back.
For optimal performance, select a tarp width 10 inches narrower than the roller bar and length 2 feet longer than the bed. This ensures full coverage of protruding cargo and helps the tarp roll evenly.
Our replacement tarps are made from 11-ounce vinyl-coated polyester mesh. The open-weave design (55% solid) allows air and water to pass through, making it ideal for wood chips, gravel, or bark that don't require full waterproofing. The mesh also reduces wind resistance during operation, minimizing wear on the tarp arm.
